Lisa Andria is an emotional transformation coach and the founder of Ladies Who Leap coaching. After a 41 year career in the corporate telecom world left her physically depleted and emotionally stressed, a wake up call from her dentist pushed her to reimagine her life. Through studying NLP and mental and emotional release work, Lisa went on her own deep healing journey and discovered a core truth: she did not truly love herself.
Now, through her PowerLeap program, Lisa guides women through a unique transformation process to release emotional clutter from the unconscious mind, become more self aware, and take aligned action toward their dream life. She also hosts the Ladies Who Leap podcast and leads a supportive online community of women inside her private Facebook group, Ladies Who Leap Club.
