Born in Alberta, Devon was raised in a close-knit farming community southwest of Lloydminster. The values of hard work and perseverance were instilled from an early age as Devon spent many summers working on his grandparents’ farm. ROY CARTER, K.C. has been practicing since 1980, and at the age of 38 was one of the youngest lawyers in Alberta to receive his Queen’s Counsel designation. Roy’s practice has largely been restricted to business and real estate law.
