SophieI get to go in the pool by myself now.
AnneOh, that is a good one. What do you think my job is?
SophieYou have lots of people that work with you. Yeah. You do stuff like gymnastics?
AnneWhat do I do with those people?
SophieYou exercise?
AnneI do exercise, yeah. Do you think I help people? Yeah. If you could invent a new holiday, what would it be?
SophieHmm.
AnneAnimal Day. Oh, okay. What would we do on animal day?
SophieYou would celebrate animals by picking up garbage. And, if you have a pet, you would give them some kind of present.
AnneOh, I love that idea.
SophieYeah.
AnneOkay, Sophie, what's your favourite food to eat?
SophieSometimes macaroni, sometimes quesadillas. If it's in the morning, oatmeal, waffles, or pancakes,
Anneeggs.
SophieFor lunch, probably peanut butter and jam, or grilled cheese.
AnneWhat do I eat all the time?
SophieScrambled
Anneeggs. Scrambled eggs.
SophieAnd spinach.
Anneand spinach. What's your favourite food to make With me together?
SophieHmm. That's hard Cookies. Yeah, I thought you might.
AnneWe made tzatziki.
SophieOh yeah, we did make tzatziki.
AnneWhat does eating healthy mean to you?
SophieEating strawberries, blueberries, cucumbers, broccoli.
AnneIf you could make up a new rule about food, what would it be?
SophieYou could choose if you want to use a fork or a spoon or your ham.
AnneOkay. That's a good rule. Um, have you ever heard anybody say something about food that didn't make sense to you?
SophieNo.
AnneHow do you feel after you eat a really good meal?
SophieHappy.
AnneYeah?
SophieIf it's the opposite, then sad.
AnneWhat's your favorite way to move your body?
SophieUsually running around. He usually hangs upside down. He goes outside with me. You go

SophieSometimes.
AnneI guess you're at school.
SophieSo, I don't
AnneIf we could do any fun activity together, what would it be?
SophieArt.
AnneArt, okay.
SophieOr Lego.
AnneWhat is something that you're really proud of?
SophieHow good I am at drawing.
AnneYes!
SophieBuilding in Minecraft and building Lego.
AnneYes, I'm proud of you for those things too. What do you do when something feels really hard?
SophieIf I'm starting something and it gets kind of hard, I go do something else. And then when I figure out in my mind what I'm gonna do, I'll go back to it.
AnneThat's a good strategy.
SophieTry to do it again.
AnneDo you take a break?
SophieYeah.
AnneThat's a very good strategy. How do you manage when you feel big emotions?
SophieLike angry, mad, sad.
AnneWhat do you do?
SophieWell, if I'm sad, I like hugs, watching movies. If I'm angry or mad, I usually hit my pillow or scream into my pillow.
AnneYeah, I love those ideas. How do you cheer yourself up when you're feeling sad?
SophieI usually tell myself jokes, ask other people funny questions and see what they say and I might think it's funny.
AnneI love that idea. What's something you love about yourself? What's awesome about Sophie?
SophieI love dinosaurs and dragons and, unicorns.
AnneSo maybe you love that You're interesting. You an interesting person.
SophieMm-hmm Okay. Even though dinosaurs used to exist, but now they don't. And dragons and unicorns don't exist.
AnneYou love them anyway. And you love that about yourself. What do you love about the way you look?
SophieI have a good nose.
AnneYou do have a good nose. It's a perfect nose. It's good at smelling. It looks great.
SophieIf
AnneIf you had a friend, who wasn't feeling happy or confident, what would you tell them?
SophieI'd tell them a joke. I think, have I been in this situation before? Has this happened to me before? And I can help them with some advice that I used for myself.
AnneI love that. is there anything else that you want to share?
SophieI'm not sure.
