Booker Corrigan, a graduate of Roanoke College, joined Corrigan Sports Enterprises (CSE) in 2013 with a mission to grow the company’s lacrosse department—but he never anticipated how deeply he would connect with the endurance sports side of things as well. Today, he’s a familiar voice in sports broadcasting as a play-by-play announcer for ESPN and CBS Sports, known for his talent in engaging and energizing audiences. Whether he’s calling the action at a live lacrosse game or sharing an inspiring wrap-up speech at All-America tryouts, Booker’s infectious passion for sports shines through.

In this Joy of the Hang! interview, Booker opens up about his journey in sports, diving into everything from his role in shaping CSE's media presence, including crafting voiceovers and handling live TV broadcasts, to his personal experiences navigating divorce, dating, and the messier side of life. Expect plenty of laughs, raw moments, and thoughtful insights as Booker shares what it’s like to balance his high-energy career with his personal life.

Outside of work, Booker’s all about making memories—whether it’s on the golf course with friends, shredding the slopes snowboarding, or enjoying vacation getaways with his wife, Tanya. One of his most cherished memories is from the 2017 Baltimore Marathon, when over 5,000 5K runners united in song to sing the National Anthem together—a moment that encapsulated the spirit of endurance and community.

Tune in for a candid, fun conversation full of laughter, life lessons, and a peek into the heart of a true sports enthusiast who is as genuine as they come!
