If you've ever been told you take too long to make decisions, this episode will change everything. Today we're diving into emotional decision making (also called emotional authority in Human Design)—the style that roughly 50% of the population has.
If you need time to process big decisions, if you've learned the hard way what happens when you decide from an emotional high or low, or if you've been pressured to "just decide already" when you know you're not ready—this episode is for you.
I share the core principle of emotional decision making: riding the highs and lows of your emotions until you reach neutrality. I break down what neutrality actually feels like, why 80% clarity is enough, and how to navigate pressure from others who want faster answers.

You must ride the highs and lows of your emotions before making a decision. Don't decide when you're feeling on top of the world OR in the depths. Wait until you feel neutral—a felt sense of detachment in your body.

Neutrality means you don't feel polarized in either direction. It's like having an observer lens—you can step back and say, "Okay, I can decide on that now." This happens in your BODY, not your mind.

If you have emotional authority, you are not meant to make decisions in the moment. Anyone pushing you to decide right now is asking you to decide against your design. Permission to take the time you need.
4. 80% certainty is your green light
You won't ever feel 100% sure, even when you reach neutrality. If you feel 80% or more that this is a yes, then it's a yes. Waiting for 100% certainty will keep you stuck forever.
5. Not all decisions need this process
Use emotional authority for "tattoo-level" decisions—big life choices like career changes, major moves, business decisions, significant relationships. For everyday "outfit" decisions, you can move faster.
