Today we're diving into sacral decision making (also called sacral authority in Human Design), the style that's all about trusting your body's immediate gut response. If you've been told to "think it through" when your body already knows the answer, or if you've ignored your gut and regretted it later, you'll want to hear this.
I share how sacral authority works, why it's not about what you SAY but how your body responds before you speak, and how to discover your unique body signals. Plus, I tell the story of how I was unknowingly asking my daughter to respond twice—and what changed when I learned about her decision-making style.
