#59: Feeling Overwhelmed? The 4 Phases on Your Journey to Alignment

If you're feeling overwhelmed… with life, work, decisions, or just everything, you're not broken. You're in a phase.
In this anchor episode, I walk you through the 4 phases everyone goes through on the journey from feeling overwhelmed to living in alignment. Understanding which phase you're in helps you know exactly what you need and what kind of support will help you most.
The 4 Phases:
Phase 1: Running on Someone Else's Manual
You're doing what you're 'supposed' to do, but something feels off. Decision fatigue, burnout, ignoring your body's signals. Living according to someone else's definition of success. The realization: something needs to change.
Phase 2: Understanding & Seeing the Patterns
You're waking up to what's actually happening. Seeing patterns, learning about your unique wiring (Human Design, mind-body connection, decision-making styles). Exciting but overwhelming. The work: learning, exploring, experimenting.
Phase 3: Integration & Practice
The messy middle. You're applying what you've learned to real life… making aligned decisions, setting boundaries, building new habits, working through conditioning. Requires patience, support, and permission to experiment. This is where the real transformation happens.
Phase 4: Embodied Aligned Living
Living in alignment more often than not. Trust in your body's wisdom. Clarity on what's yours. Life reflects who you actually are. Still learning and growing, but the practices are integrated into how you operate.
