Hey guys, love the show. I’m curious if you’ve ever done an episode where you examine the difference between a toxic employee (e.g., brilliant jerk, ruins company culture, narcissist) vs. a disruptor (i.e., a high performer stuck in a company slowly falling apart and wants to steer it back into life because he cares about its success).
