Show Notes:
In this powerful episode of Business Growth Spotlight, host Heidi Schalk sits down with Doug Cornfield, co-founder of Disability Dream and Do, to unpack a journey that blends purpose, resilience, and entrepreneurial grit.
Doug shares how a life-changing moment, the birth of his son with disabilities, led him to an unexpected partnership with Dave Clark, a former professional baseball player who played on crutches. What started as curiosity turned into a mission: creating life-changing sports experiences for children with disabilities.
Together, they’ve built a movement that delivers free sports camps, powerful storytelling, and unforgettable moments for families across the country.
This conversation goes far beyond inspiration. It dives into real business lessons around revenue generation, pivoting through crisis, and building sustainable impact.
