So excited to introduce the Daily Happy Podcast. A quick 4 minutes of Happy stuff to help you start off your day in a positive way. We will be podcasting five days a week. We will provide positive quotes, jokes and recommendations of books, movies, podcasts etc that are making us happy. I am Suzanna Keith, wife, mother and tech founder who loves to laugh and make others happy. In this crazy busy world, I love to start my day in a good mood. Sometime this is hard, but keeping positive helps you be the change in the world.

Listen, gratitude isn’t just for Thanksgiving or awkward family dinners anymore. Science says it's like giving your brain a VIP spa day—and it’s free. Here’s what a little “thank you” energy can do:
- Increase happiness – Gratitude is like Botox for your soul—except cheaper and less stabby.
- Reduce stress – You can't spiral when you’re busy screaming “THANK YOU, UNIVERSE” into your coffee mug.
- Improve relationships – Saying thanks makes people like you more. Bribery with words? Don’t mind if we do.
- Support physical health – Apparently gratitude can lower blood pressure. So yes, gratitude = less need for margaritas as stress relief (still gonna have one, though).
- Promote self-awareness – Gratitude brings you into the present moment... and keeps you from texting your ex. Win-win!
