So excited to introduce the Daily Happy Podcast. A quick 4 minutes of Happy stuff to help you start off your day in a positive way. We will be podcasting five days a week. We will provide positive quotes, jokes and recommendations of books, movies, podcasts etc that are making us happy. I am Suzanna Keith, wife, mother and tech founder who loves to laugh and make others happy. In this crazy busy world, I love to start my day in a good mood. Let me hit you with a wild idea:
Turn. It. Off.
I know, I know. “But what if I miss something?”
Trust me—if Beyoncé texts you, she’ll try again.
Science says a digital detox lowers stress and anxiety.
Translation: your phone is low-key frying your brain like leftover pizza.
Try turning it off for a whole day.
Or just start by shutting it down at 8pm.
Your cortisol levels will throw you a thank-you party. With snacks.
And bonus? You might actually fall asleep without reading 27 Amazon reviews for hand soap.
