Neuroscience tells us that practices like prayer and meditation can literally rewire the brain, strengthening areas tied to compassion and optimism.

Faith doesn’t just comfort—it transforms. And in times like these, choosing hope and believing in something bigger than ourselves may be the boldest act of resilience we have.
