So excited to introduce the Daily Happy Podcast. A quick 4 minutes of Happy stuff to help you start off your day in a positive way. We will be podcasting five days a week. We will provide positive quotes, jokes and recommendations of books, movies, podcasts etc that are making us happy. I am Suzanna Keith, wife, mother and tech founder who loves to laugh and make others happy. In this crazy busy world, I love to start my day in a good mood. Sometime this is hard, but keeping positive helps you be the change in the world.

Some days life feels less like climbing a ladder and more like trying to fold a fitted sheet in public.
That’s why this week’s Daily Happy podcast is all about grit—that magical mix of passion and perseverance that gets you through the tough stuff (and yes, even through a kale salad).
Psychologist Angela Duckworth calls grit the “secret sauce of success.” I like to think of it as the Wi-Fi signal for your goals: it keeps you connected, even when things get glitchy. Research shows grit not only fuels your success, but also boosts your health, helps you stick to good habits, and stops you from rage-quitting a Zoom call.
Oh—and here’s a bonus hack: crank up Go Big or Go Home by American Authors and sing like nobody’s listening (even though your neighbors definitely are). Science proves singing lowers stress and boosts endorphins. I call it leadership training disguised as karaoke.
