Just finished It Doesn’t Have to Hurt by Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and let me tell you — this one hit me right in the L3 and L4. Literally. As someone who has spent too much time negotiating with my lower back like it’s a difficult client, this book has been a revelation.

Small shifts like posture tweaks, breathing, and even gratitude journaling can truly change the game. Who knew that saying “thank you” could also lower your inflammation levels?
