So excited to introduce the Daily Happy Podcast. A quick 4 minutes of Happy stuff to help you start off your day in a positive way. We will be podcasting five days a week. We will provide positive quotes, jokes and recommendations of books, movies, podcasts etc that are making us happy. I am Suzanna Keith, wife, mother and tech founder who loves to laugh and make others happy. In this crazy busy world, I love to start my day in a good mood. Sometime this is hard, but keeping positive helps you be the change in the world.

Happiness doesn’t always come from big wins or perfect performance. Sometimes, it comes from simple activities that get us moving, connecting, and laughing—like bowling.
Research consistently shows that moderate physical activity, social connection, and low-pressure play improve mood, reduce stress, and boost overall well-being. Bowling checks all three boxes. You move your body, interact with others, and focus just enough to give your brain a break from daily stress.
