We will provide positive quotes, jokes and recommendations of books, movies, podcasts etc that are making us happy. I am Suzanna Keith, wife, mother and tech founder who loves to laugh and make others happy. In this crazy busy world, I love to start my day in a good mood. Sometime this is hard, but keeping positive helps you be the change in the world.

Coffee isn't just part of my morning—it's one of my daily happiness rituals.
There's something incredibly grounding about the process. The aroma. The warmth of the mug. That first sip before the day begins in earnest.
What's interesting is that coffee doesn't just make us feel good. Research has shown that moderate coffee consumption may offer real health benefits, including antioxidants and associations with reduced risk of several chronic diseases.
But for me, the biggest benefit isn't the caffeine.
It's the ritual.
In a world that constantly demands our attention, small routines create moments of calm and consistency. Whether it's a cup of coffee, a morning walk, or a few quiet minutes before the inbox starts filling up, these rituals can help us reset and refocus.
We often think happiness comes from major accomplishments or milestone moments. More often, I think it comes from the small things we intentionally make space for every day.
Today's reminder: Don't overlook the power of simple rituals.
