Do you sing in the shower?

It turns out that one of the simplest things we do for fun may also be one of the healthiest.

Research has shown that singing can lower stress, encourage deeper breathing, boost mood, and even strengthen our sense of connection and well-being. The best part? You don't have to be a great singer to experience the benefits.

That's why I love singing in the shower.

No audience. No pressure. No expectations. Just a few minutes to let go, smile, and start the day with a little more joy.

It's a reminder that happiness doesn't always come from big accomplishments or life-changing moments. Sometimes it's found in the ordinary things we often overlook—a favorite song, warm water, and the freedom to be yourself.

As adults, many of us stop singing because we worry about what others think. Maybe it's time to change that.

Today, I have a simple challenge for you: put on your favorite song and sing. In the shower, in the car, while you're making dinner—wherever you feel comfortable. You might be surprised at how much better you feel.

Sometimes the smallest habits have the biggest impact on our happiness.

Do you have a favorite song that's impossible not to sing along with? Share it in the comments—I could use some new additions to my playlist!
