Introduction to AI Prompting for Health
All right, so I know for me, since ChatGPT was released, what is it now? Like a year and a half ago, prompting has become something I'm so interested in because it really has become a powerful mechanism to get a lot of information that used to take time to do.
Obviously in a lot of our days, I know a lot of us are using it to format emails or to write something in text generation. But I've been really curious about how we can actually implement this into our regular lives, how we can have it benefit us personally.
And you know me, of course my mind is always thinking, how can we make our nutrition as efficient as possible? And let me tell you what, I have saved so much time and just gotten a lot more clarity using some of these prompts in my own world and in my own life. And I encourage you to do the same.
Also, one kind of side benefit is in my last episode, I talked about how the best AI strategy is to take care of yourself and how at the end of the day, we all need to be open to learning and adopting this technology. And so when you use these prompts, you will become more familiar with AI and you might learn some different things about how you can apply this in other ways in your life too. So it has plenty of benefits.
