#30 I Love a Jazz Hand

It's Friday, the new kitchen appliances are in, and Natalie is thrilled. She's been writing more, which gives her a major sense of accomplishment. But she really needs to fix her inner monologue because she's way too hard on herself. She also needs to look better on Zoom calls. Natalie is making a big ass salad for dinner and she's way too excited about it. Do you know how difficult it is to eat enough protein every day? It's very difficult. But Natalie is trying. She's also trying to do more crossword puzzles.
