All Our Parts

ending 2024: embracing change and new beginning

Jazzmyn Proctor

I always love engaging with folks! Whether you have a question, want to say hi, or have a topic you want to hear me yap about- I would LOVE to hear from you

In this solo episode, I’m getting real about the highs and lows of 2024. From battling imposter syndrome and insomnia to navigating the heartbreak of losing close connections, especially earlier in the year, it’s been a journey. I’m sharing how I learned to show up as my authentic self, let people truly see me, and lean into the healing power of genuine relationships.

Through it all, I’ve realized the importance of persistence, even when things feel impossible. With the help of my therapist and a solid support system, I’ve been able to embrace who I truly am—both personally and professionally.

As I reflect on this year’s lessons, I’m also looking ahead with excitement to what 2025 has in store. Plus, I’m giving you a sneak peek into some amazing upcoming episodes. Hit play and let’s close out the year together! 🎧✨
