Abby Wilson

Hi! I specialize in working with women, young professionals, and high-achievers navigating anxiety, relationships, attachment trauma, and the existential crisis. My approach in therapy is grounded in existential-analysis and relational therapy. I love working with women in their 20’s and 30’s who are motivated to grow and have a desire to understand themselves on a deeper level. I genuinely love being a therapist and am wholeheartedly in this profession because it is my passion, not just a job. When I am not working, you can find me taking my dog to the park, reading a great book, going to a pilates class, and listening to any Taylor Swift song.

Kylie Lambert

I specialize in helping millennial working women transform their relationship with self-criticism into self-compassion. Through my own journey and years of clinical experience, I've developed a unique approach that helps women quiet their inner mean girl while maintaining their drive and ambition. Using evidence-based tools and real-world understanding, I guide my clients in developing practical self-compassion skills that fit into their busy lives. My approach combines clinical expertise with genuine empathy, helping women move from harsh self-criticism to nurturing self-kindness through structured, practical approaches. When I'm not supporting clients, I'm practicing my own self-compassion journey, proving that it's possible to be both ambitious and kind to yourself. My mission is to help women discover that they can achieve their goals without the exhausting cycle of perfectionism and self-criticism.
