Hello, everyone. Welcome back to all our parts. I am so excited to introduce my guest today. We just really vibed out the first time that we met. And so I was like, please come on. She is a life coach. She works with the intuitive, the astrological tarot reader, Jackie, thank you so much for joining me today.

I'm so happy to have you.

Thank you. I'm so excited to be here. Thanks for having

course. So just to start, tell us about.  How did you get into incorporating tarot into life coaching?

I've been doing tarot for a while as well as astrology for even longer. And I found life coaching, which seemed to be like such a fit and I quit my Restaurant career of almost 20 years to in search of my life's purpose.

I was like, this is not it. It has to go. I'm done. I just can't go back anymore. I'm putting in my notice without a plan, knowing that I would figure it out. I found life coaching and it just really dawned on me that this is it, and every time I. I always say dip your toe in the water of something if you're interested in it, which I've done with so many things so many times.

And I, every time I would look up more about life coaching, it was just like yes. It just got me really excited and lit my fire. And once I did that, I was like, okay, so I'm a life coach and I can help people in their big moments of transition and big life changes. Because that is like.

That's my path. And so your gift is your wound is your gift. I didn't really see it as a wound, but it's the place that I  felt my biggest transformation. And so that's what I can offer to someone else because I've been through it. But it still didn't quite make full sense.  To be a buttoned up life coach.

And then I was like, I feel like I really need to incorporate tarot and astrology, which is something that I was keeping at arm's distance,

Because of judgment.  Because of feeling like I would be weird or different or maybe actually seen for the first time not just by my close friends who do tarot with me at home, but by the public and I, and, it really sparked A generational ancestral wound of them being burned at the stake,  and it was like just this big fear of being seen in like the spiritual way, but it was the only way.

And I just like that once you like step into who you are. For any part of you, you realize how many people around you are just like you. It's never felt weird. And maybe people don't ask me about it who aren't super into it. And they weren't asking me before anyway. So that's okay.

I love what you said though, about, oh, sorry, go ahead.

I'm saying I'll still look up their birth chart and pull a tarot card for them against their will.

Yeah. I think they should know. They should know why they're so resistant to knowing their full life path.

Yeah. Or maybe just a little quiz of questions if they are extremely resistant.

Questions foster curiosity.

Yeah.

But I love what you said about the wound being the using it to turn around to heal. And I feel like so many of us who are into astrology, we can overlook our Chiron, which tells us.  Everything.  Yeah.  As someone who that is like an attachment wound. And so that's like my, where my Chiron is. And so before I even knew that I was like, I want to not only heal my own karmic relationships, but also  now I'm doing it out in the world.

And so it's so  interesting how we can turn that gift into something that can heal.

Yeah.  I've just always been a fan of the shortcuts, like  You want to do this thing. Oh my gosh. I found a really easy way to do it. Let me just tell you. Oh my gosh. Like it would just make it so easy. And then you can do it too.

When you're not a life coach, people don't really want the unsolicited advice.  And so when I remembered, discovered, I don't know, thought of the life coach profession, I was like,  This is it. This is where I can help people, and, you want to get from A to B, I can help you as quickly as possible,  instead of you just flailing on your own,  or doubting yourself, or second guessing, or avoiding it for a while, all the things that we all do when we're trying to  do something that is a little scary.

Be our most authentic self.

That is terrifying.

It's terrifying. It's a little scary. It's that witch one.

It's, as you describe your work and as you describe yourself, I want, I have to ask,  have you always navigated change so easily? Because when I listen to you, I'm like, oh my goodness, she like jumps with pivots.

She is. Flexible. She is malleable to what's going on. Have you always been that way?

I'm not really sure. But people say this is you're not the first person who said this. And I'm like, wow, really? But I do love change and transformation because it's such like a moment where anything is possible. It's like.  All the doors are unlocked and you can just you can rebuild and do something new.

I feel like I really learned to embrace and love these really  difficult, pivotal,  monumental changes. When I went through a breakup in my late twenties and I went to just stay with a friend in LA for a month for the summer. Cause I, I could not be looking for a one bedroom apartment in Atlanta. It was like.

I don't want to be here. I just need to get out. She offered me to stay for the summer and I went out to do that and that summer I was just like my I'm from the South. So my motto my now I know it's a mantra, but it was my motto was let go and let God but it was let go and let God or Jesus take the wheel.

I'm not religious. But I was just like, I'm just gonna see what the universe has in store for me. I'm just gonna see what's Around this corner or that looks pretty cool. What's over here. And every time I did that, I just kept getting new opportunities dropped in my lap, even before I landed going home, I actually landed at the airport.

I got a phone call from a restaurant owner who was asking me to fly to California to interview for this restaurant, and they would move me, ship all my stuff, pay me, I live in Santa Barbara, all these like dreamy things, and I was just like that's perfect, because I had no idea what I was about to do coming back to Atlanta after my summer of fun and that was just I was like,  is this something that happens where You just go with the flow and magic happens.

And it's in my human design. I read this more recently that I have to see it multiple times.  To know that something's true.  So I, I'm like, okay, maybe this is like a thing where you just do this, you put out this effort, you show the universe that you're ready for something, you take a big leap, you believe in yourself and then everything happens for you.

So I started encouraging, this was back when I was non professionally life coaching my friends. I started encouraging my friends to do the same thing. I'm like, just do it. Why don't you just move? Why don't you just break up with them? You've been talking about it for six months. Just break up with them.

You've been wanting to quit your job. Like, why don't you just apply to that place? Why don't you just apply? Just like encouraging them to do this, like thing that they have been feeling like was a pipe dream. And things were just magically lining up for people. And so that was my process of This is where the magic is.

So do I just like naturally go with change?  Sometimes more easily than others for sure. But I've just seen how magical it can be. So I get really excited by it, even though I understand it's usually a breakup or you lost your job or you're moving to a new city because of a reason outside of your control sometimes.

So it feels really chaotic in your internal world, but it's actually a really magical moment that I get so hyped about.

Oh my gosh, I am. I'm like right now because  You just spoke to, I think a lot of times when we are in the midst of a huge shift, when we are in the midst of a huge transition, we're so focused on what's going on in the internal or the grief, the loss, the heartbreak, the, Unknown, the fear of what's next.

And even that scarcity mindset starts to, plug in. And it's,

what if I fail? What if I don't make it? . What if it doesn't work out? What if I don't like it? All of the what ifs. What if I quit my job and it was a huge mistake? What if I break up with him and he's the love of my life?

Yes,

But it sounds like you're able to stay present with the external as well, and recognize that there's more to the picture that you don't even have any clue about yet, which is so cool.

It is really cool. There's so many possibilities and when we're stuck  in our like cycle, routine  bubble, even community bubble, like it's just hard to see the big picture.

And I love foreign travel for that reason that you just like, even when you go to Thailand and you're like, this place exists 24 hours a day, seven days a week. And whether I'm here or not, it's just magical that like these places just exist like this. It's what magic can I find in all of these moments of my life?

And maybe there's something bigger waiting for me, maybe there's something greater out there. Even when I went through my first heartbreak  when I was like 15, it's but there's something so much better for you. Like he clearly wasn't your person. So let him be gone  for me, like heartbreak even.

It's easier to say it when I'm talking to a client than when you're going through it and it's so deeply painful personally, but that's because everything you want is possible. It's just not with this person.  So it's, it is sad that it's not with that person, but like it's happening so that you can still have it.

This is happening for you, not to you.

Yeah. As we were planning this episode, we were discussing what does it mean to follow Our life purpose. What does it mean to make these pivots? And what you're speaking to is such a foundational piece of it. And that's like trusting that there is a larger picture that has not unfolded for you yet.

And also a large part of you that you have yet to discover,

As I searched for my life purpose, I kept finding these little slivers of it that felt really aligned, but it wasn't like, this is the thing.  It wasn't like quit it all and just read Tarot for your life. I was like, that just doesn't feel like that's what I'm going to do.

It just didn't quite feel like a yes, like a hard yes for me. And I think I'm still not even there. Like I know coaching is something that will always be.  A huge part of me and part of my life purpose, but I still think there's more facets to discover, like coming on this podcast. What if I had my own podcasts, head talks, I don't know.

I think there's just a lot more possibilities than to say okay, I'm a life coach check. I've done my life purpose and I'm just going to smooth sail the rest of my life because that's also not how I'm wired. I'm always wondering what's next or how can I grow? How can I expand and As I've discovered more of who I am, I'm like what else is there?

What else is in there that I  haven't discovered yet?

Yeah, that's,  I sometimes recognize the universe like exceeds my expectations. And so when I started my business, I initially was like,  I'm going to practice therapy. Boom. And that's, this is going to be my space to practice therapy. And now I'm like, Oh,  I have no idea what this is about to look like, because it keeps changing, it keeps growing and it keeps evolving  into  something I least expected, but that's because I was looking at my Vero, very narrow perspective and not allowing myself to be open to like the other possibilities that would be more in alignment.

With who I am. So what I mean, what you're saying is resonating with me so much because right now I'm in this space where I'm like, Oh,  it can be more than what you even imagined.

And also more than what you are like told that it is supposed to look like. A lot of the times when I work with my clients about finding their life's purpose, it's actually about combining a lot of their gifts and talents, passions into something together.

So it's like this, like you are the niche. You are this like  multi faceted complex individual and how can we take your passion for all the things and turn it into something that is like so you and unique to your core. But that also means that it's a path that you've never seen anybody walk before.

So you don't know how to get there. You don't know what it looks like. And so you're like, am I even going the right way? Does this even make sense? Is this a waste of my time? But it never is because you're always going to figure it out. You're always going to find the dead end or find the stop sign and you're like, Oh, not that way.

I'll turn left and go this way now. And you just keep stumbling down and along your path until until forever. That's just our life.  There's no finish line. It's this socially programmed, you go to college, you pick your job, you do this thing and then you do it forever.

It's that's not. How we are as a society anymore.  We want to travel. We want to go out. We want to be community. We want to do these things. We want to expand. So to say I'm going to pick my job and just stick with it forever.  It's who I was when I was 20 and pick this job and who I am when I'm 40, it's not the same person.

So what I'm supposed to stick with, it just doesn't align. So  I think it's just, again, it's continuing to follow your path and you could do it every year on New Year's Eve where you like, say, I'm going to do this new thing. Or you could do it 365, or you're like constantly Oh, there's a new opportunity.

Let me see what's down here. Oh, this is a new person that I randomly met when I went to this coffee shop. I wasn't  expecting to go to, but I decided to stop. And then I met this person and then we talked about this. And those are those like kismet cosmic magical moment of listening to this intuition, higher power, spirit guides, whatever you'd like to call them.

And you meet someone magical and then something happens from it. And you just keep following down the path.  365. It's like the constant change in evolution, which is definitely where I've been heavy on this summer. And so when you asked you asked before we started recording, how is this like the cosmic transit solar what's happening, a solar eclipse right now, I just feel like I have been in flow and I have been like  following my path, like very diligently.

So it feels easy right now, but  all that being said.

Yeah.

Always.

How do you,  what's your advice to people to prepare themselves to sit with these shifts? Like you said, we are in the midst of an eclipse right now. We got out of retrograde season a few weeks ago. How do you prepare your clients to explore their life's purpose?

Journaling is definitely helpful. I do a lot of voice journaling, and I also find tarot to be helpful because whether you believe in tarot or not, whether you want to use that as part of your practice or not, how often do you ask yourself, What is something I need to let go of right now? What is something that's challenging me right now?

What is something that I'm scared to do but I want to do anyway? And that is what I am using Tarot for, and it brings up these things that are deep in my psyche that I'm trying to avoid, that I'm trying to just like play and frolic and have fun, but it keeps saying You should try and do this.

And I'm like, No, I'm scared. I'm gonna avoid it. So I think it's just like asking yourself these real questions. Even for this eclipse, I'm doing a new moon ceremony with some gals tonight. Part of it is like, what is it that you're afraid of right now? What is it that you want to do that you're scared of?

Because these huge life purpose shifts are often found in the place,  it's in the darkness. Which is why a solar eclipse is so interesting, because it is shining a light. But it's also completely dark because the sun is walked from the moon. It's like in the darkness is where you can find the light.

And that is a metaphor that feels really woo and not real. But what is real is that like in these places where you are afraid or you are avoiding, it's also the secret and the key to let you out of your cage.

And that you're been avoiding it. That it's hidden within you, that you're like, Oh no, I don't want to do that. That's really scary. Because what if,

yeah,

You're avoiding something. So it's let's just like.

And so you haven't ever talked it out because you keep avoiding it. So what if we actually just talk it out? What if we talk about the what ifs and we can decide if any of those what ifs are true or not?  And then what would be the first step that you could take and see if it is a good fit? We're not gonna, you say you want to be a astronaut tomorrow.

You want to be an astronaut, but you're so afraid you don't want to go back to school. What if it's waste? What if you don't actually like it? You're not going to be on a rocket ship tomorrow anyway. Let's be real. First, you're going to have to go back to school  first. You're going to have to apply to places, there's a lot of intermediary steps.

So what if you start even looking into the intermediary steps and decide, and you'll know if it gets you excited or if you're like, this is not it for me, this isn't it actually it's close. It's, something two degrees left of being an astronaut. I'm not sure what that is. Yeah. Yeah. Bye. It can help inspire some  better alignment for where you are along your path,  but if you don't even explore it to begin with, then you're just still where you are, you haven't started and you haven't moved.

Yeah.

So it's like the poking and prodding and just like having the honest conversations with yourself. It's difficult to do that though, so that's why I find that a life coach is really helpful. Someone who can ask you those questions in a safe container  where no one's forcing you to do anything, but they also can hold you accountable to like actually answering that question.

We all see like the quotes on Instagram that are like, what would you do if money weren't an option? And you're like, Oh, totally. And then you scroll. You don't actually answer the question. Answer the question. What's the answer to that question? Take a minute. Stop.  Notice we're in your body.

It starts to feel a little frazzled. What is the first memory or thought that comes up? And that might not be the answer, but that is going to take you to the answer. So we can just talk about it out loud.  And even like helping people connect with their life's purpose. A lot of the things are things that we enjoyed or were passionate about when we were younger.

Before all of the  sheds of going to college and getting a job and paying for rent and then partying with friends all got in the way.

Yeah.

So we can just go back,  like time travel a little bit to that version of you and ask her a bunch of questions or him a bunch of questions.  Seeing what's happening there.

Oh, yeah, I forgot. I always wanted to have these. You're like, what?  These? Yeah, I always wanted to have these. I totally forgot about it because I got pregnant. Then I had a kid and then I got divorced and then I quit my job and I was living with my parents. And of course, you forgot about having these.

You've been in fight or flight for 10 years.  So a few questions in one of my clients is like, Oh yeah, bees. I'm like, okay, let's make a plan for bees. Like you're the bee queen. Got it.  So sometimes it's just some easy questions that we avoid because we don't, spend the time with ourselves.

We're just so busy all the time, which is an excuse and a social construct and expectation of productivity or whatever.

Let's spend some time with yourself. And this is back to the tarot. I always pull a tarot card, and it's a way for me to connect with myself, how I feel, what I want, what's going on,  and like where I am today and how I can show up for myself and just stay really connected with myself  and maintain that inner fortitude.

Yeah.  And how grounding it's  to be open to the process of it, because you're right. A lot of times our fear and anxiety jumps out when we are At like stage 10, we're thinking about being an astronaut or performing at Madison Square Garden or like the last of my

final test. You're like, you're not even in school.

You haven't even gotten there and we work ourselves up rather than the process will tell us everything we need to know.

And even my sister, she  was never like a big fan of going to school. She also was paying for her school for herself. So she's if I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it like for me.

I'm not just going to go pay for college just because I'm supposed to. And she's in law school now and she's brushing it like she's never been an a student middle school elementary school high school she's never been like she's like that's like a 98 average or something ridiculous like she just loves it she's into it so she could say What if I fail?

I've never been good at school with, that's just a self limiting belief. Maybe you had a lot of things going on at home and maybe you weren't interested. And, all of the reasons, but it's like, what if you love it  and you can't get enough of it? And what if you actually thrive?

Asking the other side of those questions of the what ifs, what if you do well, what if you succeed?

Or what if you aren't doing well, then what can you do? You can get a tutor.  You can find some study groups. You can find some people that are good at it and you like them as a person and you can work with them. So even though what if sometimes, okay, that is a reality. What if you're not good at it?

What if you don't like to study well? What can you do?  Okay, quitting your job and wanting to chase your life purpose. You need income. Yes.  Do you keep your job or do you want to like, I can, I wait to, I used to wait tables. So like I'm immune to, I'm allergic to being broke. I could always make money. Yeah. I can always pick up a bartending job or server job.

Is that my dream? No.  I was like the GM of a restaurant. I have no business serving or bartending, but if I need to make money so that I can chase my life's purpose, I can.  So it's if you need to make money so that you can go after the thing,  you can do that. But then there's all the excuses of I don't really want to do that.

Do you not want to serve or do you not want to live  as a whole human being, knowing that you're going after the thing you want in your lifetime? Like when you're on your deathbed, are you going to regret that time you picked up a server job to go after your dream? Or are you going to regret never giving it a try?

So if we can just go after it,  give yourself a year, I don't know, put a time constraint around it. Say, I'm going to try this for six months, like full on giving it a hundred percent effort  for a month, two months, I'm going to do a life coaching program three months and let me see how far I get.

Cause in three months are you going to be an astronaut now,

but you

might be like really confident you're in school, you're like taking some action, you're taking some steps, like you're a lot further than you were. And then, the hardest part is the initial coming up with momentum  going from zero to even one is the hardest part.

So everyone's worried about like step 50 and it's you just have to do one thing.  Let's just do one thing and then we'll do the second thing.  But sometimes it's hard to figure out what the first step is. And a lot of times it's a really small,  easy,  even just like investigatory stuff where you just do some research and see if it fits.

One time I wanted to be a doula before I, when I was like trying to figure out my life's purpose, I had just had babies and I was like, I could be a doula. I love helping people through big moments. Thought of like life and birth and yeah, it's so in line.  And I was researching the qualifications and I was like, I don't want to do any of this.

This is  no, this sounds so boring. I didn't like it. So I was like, that's not it. And then I thought about life coaching and I started looking everything up and I was like, I have to do this. Every single thing I saw, I was like, yes, every morning I woke up and I was like, I'm doing another chapter in my workbook.

Like I was just all about it because I was excited. So it's that's part of the process too. It's You gotta start somewhere.

Yeah.  Do the relationships around you impact how you pursue your life's purpose?

Like with friends?  Family? Yeah.

Anybody.

I don't think so. Do the relationships around me impact how I  move through my life's purpose? I don't think so. Maybe they used to, I'm not super,  I think I was just so caught up in the restaurant world that I wasn't like in that like part of my career. Like I'm going to do this thing. I'm going to have this career, like I'm supposed to I'm going to get out of restaurants and maybe be like a consultant or something like that.

Or maybe I'll move into HR, like something outside of the building. And so I think I was working on that trajectory for so long. But I was also in fight or flight and it was hard for me to like step outside of that place to like,  assess, is this my life's purpose? But I don't think that necessarily people have influenced that decision.

I don't know that it's always been an easy one. Because even with the spirituality aspect, like what would people think? What would my parents think? Or like, how would they look at me? Cause we don't necessarily talk about tarot literally ever. But.  I think when I was just reading all the life coaching stuff,  I was so jazzed by it that there was no turning back.

And then knowing that I had to incorporate tarot and astrology just for my wholeness. And it also didn't make sense to not use it for me. It makes no sense to not use tarot to connect with your highest self and your intuition and your gut. It makes no sense to not use astrology to look at your gifts.

Your career placements, your talents, your shadow, where you need structure it's there literally, it's a cheat code for your whole life. So you might as well use it because  it's just so much information. It's an information is good instead of trying to change yourself or fix yourself. You're like, dude, this is actually just who I am.

I was made perfectly. Okay, so I'm just going to take all of the pieces and I'm going to use them. Good, bad, or otherwise. It might've been a little  question marky with people around me, how I was going to incorporate it all, but it was also like the only way. And I also surrounded myself with people who were like minded.

And so I felt like I was with a community that was supportive. And just, I always know that when people don't get it, they just, that's just where they are on their journey. That's just where they are on their healing journey. But I know it to be true in my heart from my lived experience. So just I think there have been some disappointments and like  how people have shown up or not shown up for me as I've stepped into my purpose, which feels like such a monumental, like the angels are trumpeting, like everyone should be like, how's it  going?

And  and that's okay too. That's just been like a little bit of a, I'm not doing it for them. I'm doing it for me. I'm not doing it for Pat on the back. I'm doing it because this is really important to me. And my husband has just been always the most supportive and  even me quitting my job without a full plan just to take my wife's privacy.

Let's do it, babe.  Yeah.  So yes and no,

yeah. It helps to have. like minded people around you because that's how we learn sometimes that's how we grow and  sometimes when our internal motivation our intrinsic motivation isn't  Feeling that motivated we can lean on our community, our support system.

Yeah, and get

inspiration or feel like, oh yeah, you just started this new Tarot thing, yeah, I need to pick up my cards today, that's such a good reminder.

It definitely has, have a little more internal motivation. But even at the beginning, I'm just like thinking back now at the beginning of my life coaching season, a career, whatever.

I was also in a place of I need more people around me that are like my witchy community. I need my coven. I need like people that are around me where we are just like super aligned and  more aspects

that

I can rely on and get that support. And I slowly but surely found them for sure. I think that's the hard part to most of my friends are not in Denver.

A lot of my witchy community is from the internet, to be honest, and we like chat all the time and in a funny way through threads. People don't know how to use threads yet.  It is how I met you, actually. But, people are like, where are my Denver witchy mamas at? And no one does anything about it.

But, Recently, I've been like, do you want to, yeah. Do you like, Oh, let me follow you. Let's see how we feel. Do we vibe out? And I'm like, actually, I love your vibe. And you can always tell if someone on Instagram is who they portray themselves as, you can tell if someone's like authentic or if it's just like their Instagram

persona,

sometimes I meet people and I'm like, you are like.

soul sister. I think we could, so I've been like connecting with more Denver  gals who I really resonate with. So  slowly but surely.

And kudos to Threads, like Threads is really connected.

It's something, I'm not sure what it is yet, but it's, something's happening.

It's connected us to magic, truly.

It's true.

How can people work with you? How, if they're interested, This conversation has just been so  Inspiring, especially in this eclipse season. It is just the reminder that  you are the only person in your way from your life's purpose.

Yeah. And your own sense of magic is so unique to you. It's not let me follow this witchy guide on Instagram and do all the things that she does, because if it doesn't feel authentic to you, then it is not your magic.

And

I think even your life's purpose is your magic. It's the thing that you like that brings out this spark, this inner fire, this like voice of wisdom from your ancestors. I don't know.  So it's like even just connecting with your life's purpose is part of connecting with your own magic. I do tarot readings.

I offer tarot readings plus coaching. So it's my cards to clarity session where we do a 30 minute tarot reading. And in the past when I've done tarot readings, you're like, okay, this is some clarity, but what do I do with all this information? And I forget half of it before I leave my session.

So we actually make a game plan together and go through like how what you're reading was, and then actually talk about logistics in your real life because, there's like the  It's dimension of the magical woo stuff, but we are here and on earth. So it's like, how do we bring the two together?

How do we take all of the messages and wisdom and guidance that you're being given through the tarot cards and then actually apply them to your real life so that change can  come and not just walk away.

No,

Like you connected to your highest self, but then nothing changed, nothing happened. And then now what do I do?

How do I actually apply this? That's my cards to clarity coaching calls an hour session. These are all bookable through my Instagram. There's a link to my Calendly where you can book this cards to clarity session. And then I also offer a three month container. It's my rebirth program because we are rebirthing who you are where we can hit the reset button on your life.

Metaphorically speaking, we can reset  your routines, habits, things that are going on. And realign with your highest self, with your  Life's purpose, that's really what is going to what comes from it all is like aligning with you and who you are, what you want, what your voice is and really just like removing all of the layers of who you are not and then by finding out and resetting to who you are and connecting with your authority,  then we can connect with your life's purpose.

Knowing that you have more of a clear path because all of this programming of what you are capable and not capable of and should do and shouldn't do and what people expect of you has been removed  as we discover who you are on the inside. So that's my three month rebirth program. Which if you're interested I'm always a big fan of the dipping the toe in the water, as we've talked about a few times.

You're not just going to click. Bye. And then we're all of a sudden working together. I always want to make sure that we're a good fit as well. Not just you for me, but me for you. If you don't feel like we vibe, then I'm not the coach for you. I'm really, I think that aligning with people and a coach, if you're a client looking for a coach, finding a client that you resonate with is super important.

So I have discovery calls available, which is on my Calendly link as well. Or you can just talk about. What's going on in your life? What's not going great? What is going great? What's important to you? Where do things feel really like stuck and stagnant? Where would you like to be? You might not even know.

And I can tell you about my program, my background, what I've been through, where I've come from. That way you can either resonate with some of the words that I'm saying, or you're like, actually this is not a good fit, I'm not ready for this, or  There's another coach that I talked to that was really speaking my language and that's fine too, but I always feel like you don't know unless you find out and doing these like big, scary, I'm using finger quotes, scary life reset moments can be intimidating, but.

Also being stuck and feeling like you're just like living groundhog's day and not really living your authentic life and  working for someone else might feel like a little comfortable because it's familiar, but it's also not serving you. So I feel like at some point, everyone kind of gets to a point where they're like, I've got to do something about this.

I cannot keep going on the way this is happening. And I'm ready to step into my purpose. And. That's either now or it'll be in a year or two years or three years, but if you're already having the like nudge and the inkling, it's not going to go away, so I feel like you might as well just have a call and talk about where you are and then make the decision after the call, another thing that we avoid.

Yeah, so you can book either a discovery call to chat with me, or you can even just send me DMs on Instagram and  say, I met you or heard your podcast, heard you on the podcast and just wanted to chat. I'm always up for chat. So  there's not like 17 layers between me and my potential clients, like some of the big mega coaches where you can't actually speak to them and they have people replying to their DMs and stuff for them.

So I just try and keep it small enough so that I can maintain an authentic relationship with not just my clients, but  anyone who's on my Instagram as well, because I take that as not just a sales or marketing platform, but it like, as I said, that's how I've met so many friends and people in my community that it's important for me to show up often.

Everyone, her information will be linked in the show notes. Please go check her out. She is absolutely amazing. Jackie, thank you so much for joining me today.
