Bio:

Emilie is a certified trauma-informed coach, breathwork facilitator, sound healer, and yoga teacher, and leads transformative online programs and in-person sessions and retreats for compassionate overachievers grappling with burnout and navigating grief and loss. She is also a writer and has had a 15-year career as a humanitarian aid worker, designing and managing projects in some of the world's most fragile contexts, such as Afghanistan and the DRC. Emilie combines her experience leading large, global teams and managing projects with her understanding of the nervous system, trauma, and the body to empower mission-driven, caring, dedicated people to sustainably engage in radical self-care.
