Burnout is a biological response. You don’t burn out because you’re weak. You burnout because you’ve been strong for too long without real recovery.

And let me say this loud and clear: Burnout is not weakness. It’s not because you’re lazy. Or dramatic. Or can’t “handle it.” Burnout means your nervous system is overloaded.
