Dr. Amber M. Sessoms, NCSP, founded Natural Inclination LLC in 2019 to help courageous leaders. Describing herself as a “perpetual toddler,” she asks “why” to encourage child-like curiosity through her signature 3D Power Tools framework, where she facilitates and guides her learners in developing their natural inclination to align with their core values, leverage their strengths, and nourish their needs, enabling them to live and lead authentically.

Amber is a nationally certified school psychologist and a doctorate-level adult educator with over 20 years of experience in the education and mental health sectors. She was the first person of color to receive the Pennsylvania School Psychologist of the Year award in 2020 and to serve as President of the Association of School Psychologists of Pennsylvania from 2022 to 2024. Amber also serves as Chair of the Programs Committee for the Board of Trustees at Millersville University, her alma mater.

Emma Sessoms is a 10-year-old truth-teller, creative force, and co-host of Living in 3D Power. With a soul rooted in curiosity and a voice steeped in emotional honesty, Emma brings depth, laughter, and insight to every conversation, reminding us that wisdom doesn’t wait for age because she brings it with every word.

Known for her disarming insight and fierce imagination, Emma holds space for joy and justice in equal measure. She doesn’t just speak from a child’s perspective; she speaks from her full, authentic perspective. Her insights challenge adults to reflect more deeply, while her honesty makes space for collective healing.
