Laura (aka Sassy) is the founder and dietitian of Laura Ligos Nutrition aka The Sassy Dietitian, a nutrition private practice helping to empower women to take back control of their health.

Laura helps her clients feel seen and be heard and find answers to their health questions so that they can take back control of their health and feel the best they can in their bodies.

She lives in New York with her husband, her two amazing kiddos and fur baby Bode.

Laura loves to move her body, reading, snowboarding and you you can probably catch her finding a playground to roam with her kiddos or on a walk with her OG walking buddy, Bode.
