Life Outside the Phone with Giulia
Welcome to Life Outside the Phone the podcast where we unplug, reconnect with the real world, and rediscover how good it feels to simply live.
Each episode is a celebration of life beyond the screen: from playing sports and reading books to drawing, dancing, and spending time outdoors. We explore what it means to be present, creative, curious, and free—without constantly checking our phones.
You will hear from inspiring guests—authors, gym teachers, artists, and everyday adventurers—who share their favorite screen-free activities and the passions that light them up. We ask honest questions like:
→ Why is it important to take a break from devices?
→ What do you love doing in the real world?
→ What inspired you to follow your joy?
Whether you are a kid, teen, or grown-up who wants to reconnect with the simple magic of the present moment, this podcast will remind you: the best parts of life are happening off-screen.
Let us press pause on the phone and press play on life.

Forest Sound Bath in Muir Woods
I just came back from my fall break in San Francisco, and one of my favorite things I did was walk in Muir Woods, a quiet forest full of redwood trees. Redwoods can live for a very long time many in Muir Woods are about 500–800 years old, and some redwoods can reach around 2,000 years. They are also the tallest trees on Earth. The tallest known living tree is a coast redwood called Hyperion, and it is about 116 meters tall (around 380 feet). Because I loved this place so much, I decided to bring a little bit of it into my podcast and invite you to a 10-minute sound bath meditation, where you can listen to the river and feel the calm energy of the trees with me.
