I have a bachelor's degree in psychology. I am the mother of 2 wonderful children. I am in the middle of my wellness journey, working on growth and healing. I have worked in the field of recovery for about 4 years. I have managed companies for years. I am typically a behind the scenes person, but learning that it is ok to take up space and be seen. This is a new adventure I am excited to be part of, and I am happy to be a participant in your growth as well.
