In this episode of the Frum Health Club Podcast, we sit down with Mordechai Sopher — fitness coach, educator, runner, and author of the book Frum Fitness.
Mordechai grew up in Los Angeles as a multi-sport athlete, later served in the IDF, and eventually discovered a deep connection between yiddishkiet and health. He has completed nearly twenty marathons, several ultra marathons, taught physical education in yeshiva high schools, and is currently completing a PhD.
We talk about how frum men can stay active, build real consistency, and see fitness as part of their Yiddishkiet, not separate from it.
