Let’s Talk About It, is a new podcast created by Helpline Youth Counseling (HYC) in partnership with the Atlas Kardia Foundation as part of our Mental Health Advocacy project. This podcast is designed to create an open, stigma-free space where honest conversations about mental health are not only welcomed but encouraged. Through compassionate dialogue, expert insights, and real-life stories, Let’s Talk About It helps listeners better understand their emotional experiences, normalize seeking help, and feel less alone in their struggles.
