What if you only needed four ideas to market your clinic for an entire month?

Most clinic owners think marketing means constant creation — new posts, new emails, new ideas, every single day. No wonder it never gets done. In this Thursday 5er, Jody breaks down a simple, sustainable content system that starts with what you already know and turns it into weeks of consistent, authentic marketing — without adding hours to your plate.

Pulled straight from the From One Lesson to Many course inside The Accelerator, this episode gives you the core framework to teach once and show up everywhere.

In this episode, you'll learn:

  • Why four topics is all you need to fill an entire month of content
  • The three-question patient filter that ends the "I don't know what to talk about" spiral
  • How to use the E-A-S-Y check to pick your monthly content pillars
  • The simple three-part video structure that takes less than three minutes to record
  • How to repurpose one short video into a blog, email, social captions, and graphics — without starting from scratch
  • Why consistency compounds — and how a repeatable system changes everything for your patient flow

Your patients are searching for answers right now. This is how you show up for them, week after week, without burning out.

Action step from this episode: Write down ten things your patients struggle with most. That list is your content calendar.

Want to build this system out completely? The full From One Lesson to Many course is inside The Accelerator — with worksheets, ChatGPT prompt banks, and calendar templates ready to go.

Welcome to Beyond Hormones, the Business of Wellness, the podcast for hormone and functional medicine providers who want a thriving, predictably profitable practice and maybe a little less stress along the way. Hi, I'm your host, Jody Lane, and I've worked with lots of clinics in marketing, sales, and business development, and I have seen what works and what doesn't. And here's what I believe hormone and wellness care should be available to everyone who wants it. And while providers know the medicine, many struggle with the business side of their cash practice. And that's where I come in. See, this podcast is here to share real strategies, real stories, things you can implement in your practice right away. So I am so glad you're here. Come on, let's go. Now, before we jump into today's Fiverr, I want to tell you about the series that these episodes are a part of. So for the next few months, our Thursday episodes are a part of the Clinic Accelerator Series, where we are sharing short practical strategies pulled directly from the courses inside the accelerator, our training platform for hormone and wellness clinic owners. Everything we teach inside the Accelerator is built around our power framework. Power stands for positioning, operations, workforce, experience, and revenue. And if you've been listening to this podcast, you know that power is the five areas that determine whether a clinic struggles or becomes predictably profitable. Okay, let's get into today's idea. My name is Jodie Lane, and I am the host of Beyond Hormones, the Business of Wellness. And in this Thursday Fiverr, we are going to get into it fast. We're going to keep it tight and we're going to send you off with something that you can actually use today to improve your marketing. You ready? All right. I want you to raise your hand. I mean, metaphorically, of course, because you're probably driving or you're on a walk or maybe you're at the gym. But raise your hand if you know what it feels like to sit down to do marketing and then just stare at a blank screen or a blank sheet of paper. I know I have felt that so many times. You know you need to post something, you know you need to create content, you know you need to send out some kind of an email, you know that patients are out there Googling at 2 a.m. trying to figure out what's wrong with them, and you want to be there as their trusted resource, but the content, it just isn't coming. And then you feel guilty, and then you skip it, and then weeks go by, and your social feed is a ghost town. I know, I've been there, we've all been there. But here's the thing: I think most clinic owners have been approaching marketing a little backwards. You see, we think marketing means coming up with fresh new ideas every single day, and that is exhausting and time consuming, and you don't have that kind of time, and that's why it doesn't get done. But what if you only needed four ideas for an entire month? That's it, just four, and you could get it all accomplished. Well, that's exactly what we're gonna talk about today, because I'm going to pull from one of my favorite courses inside the accelerator called From One Lesson to Many, a clinic-friendly marketing system. And guys, I this is what I do, okay, to create my own content because this is the framework that will take your existing expertise and turn it into repeatable content that works like an engine. All right, here's the core idea. You want to record one short teaching video. We're talking like two to three minutes, and then that one video becomes your entire week of marketing. It becomes a blog post, an email, two social captions, a quote graphic, and an encouragement post. Done. One video, one week. You do that four times and you have one month of content. That's it. That's the system, the word that's been talked about constantly all over the place these days. But before you hit record, you need to know what I'm talking about. So this is where a lot of providers can still get stuck. Not because you don't know your stuff, you know what to talk about, but again, that blank page can be intimidating. So here's the filter. Ask yourself three questions about your patients. What do they suffer with? What do they put up with? And what do they deal with every single day? Matter of fact, think about your last 10 consults. What came up a time and again? Probably fatigue, stubborn weight, brain fog, poor sleep, mood swings, thyroid questions, the list that's your content calendar. Now go back and pick four topics from that list. Four that genuinely you enjoy teaching and that connect directly to what your clinic offers. Give each one a patient-friendly name, something like energy and focus, or weight and metabolism, or sleep and stress, clear beats clever every time. Then use what I call the easy check. E stands for do I enjoy teaching this? A is does my audience ask about this? S is can I explain it simply in two to three points? Why does it connect to what we offer? Three out of the four, that's your pillar. One pillar a week, that's your month. Mapped out before you ever hit record. Okay, so now you got your four topics. Here's where the magic happens. Sit down and grab your phone. Now, if you're watching me on YouTube, you see my phone, prop it up, facing a window or some natural light, and record a two to minute, three, two to three minute video. You're not performing, you're just not trying to go viral, just like you're talking to a patient, the one you saw last Tuesday who asked you this exact same thing. And then use the th simple three-part structure. Name the struggle, share two or three practical insights, and end with an encouragement or a next step. That's it. After you record that, take it, transcribe it, and use a tool like ChatGPT or Claude and go ahead and put it into as a prompt. Now, you're just gonna paste your transcript in, you're gonna ask it to write you a blog, an email, a social caption, pull quotes for graphics. Remember, this is your knowledge. It's your story and your expertise that you put into your phone. You're just asking the chat to put it into different formats. Now I know some of you are thinking to yourself, but Jody, if ChatGPT writes it, is it still mine? Yes, that's the heart of every piece of content. The tool you use just helps you package it. But you're the one that wrote it. You're the one that understands it. Think about it like having an incredibly fast editor who never sleeps. That's what your AI tool is doing. It's not coming up with the content to begin with. Because here's the honest truth about marketing. It's not about one post or one email. It's about showing up consistently enough that when your ideal patient is finally ready to make a move, you're the name that comes to mind. They've seen your face, they've read your emails, they feel like they already know you. And that's when they book, when they're ready. See, the number one reason clinics go quiet isn't because they don't have good content. It's because they don't have a system like this that they're using. And once you have a system, marketing stops feeling like a creative burden and starts to feel like just another part of running your practice. Now, you want to batch record your four videos in one sitting. And I recommend that highly because you could do two to three minutes four times in under 30 minutes. Then when you go to put it in, reuse your prompts. Fill it in your calendar, then you're done for the next month. And then the next month, pick four new pillars and do it all again. Okay, what's your action step before you close this episode? Here's what I want you to do: sit down. Write down 10 things patients struggle with the most. Go ahead, put it in your phone notes, on a napkin, on a piece of paper, whatever. Just write it down. That list is the foundation of your entire marketing system. Now, if you want to go deeper on this, I mean, like really have me help you build out this entire system to finish, go into the accelerator and go find that course. And I teach you step by step exactly how to do this so that you don't have to guess. Remember, it's called From One Lesson to Many, and it's inside the accelerator. You can sign up for a free account at accelerator.accelerated medical practices.com. Inside that course, there's worksheets. I give you the chat GPT prompts, a calendar template, the whole thing. I really want to make this easy for you because the mechanics of putting the information out into the world shouldn't be the hard part. Once you do it once or twice, it should just be something that you do mechanically every time. As a matter of fact, once you standardize it and you create that magic word system around it, then you can even pass it off to somebody else to do all that work because all you need to do is open your phone, open your voice memo, record your story, your two to three minutes, and then let somebody else do the rest. All right. This is your Thursday Fiverr for the week. I hope that you got some value out of this. Try it. It can't hurt, right? Go teach something. Go open your phone, go teach your patients something, and I'm gonna see you back on Monday. We are ready for our last episode about power. We're going to dive into revenue, the juiciest of all the pillars. I'm so excited to present that to you. So if you're listening to this and uh you're enjoying this kind of content, well then on Monday, you're gonna hear the next episode, which again is all about revenue, which is sales and marketing for your practice.
