From mental health and friendships to academic pressure, identity, social media, and everything in between, we’re here to explore the issues that matter most to today’s teenagers.
Episode are packed with honest conversations, relatable stories, sometimes special guests, and always the kind of insights you don’t always get in the classroom. Whether it’s tackling tough topics, celebrating small victories, or navigating the ups and downs of growing up, Between the Bells gives students a space to be heard and to hear from others who are navigating the same messy moments —and finding strength, humor, and growth along the way.

Hi, I'm Alexa! I’m a sophomore at Seneca Valley School District and I am part of our school's lacrosse team, Hope Squad and Key Club. I have one younger brother that is a freshman. Outside of school, I work and love to watch the sunrise/sunset. I love skiing, tubing, waking boarding, and camping.
I’m Annelise, and I am a sophomore at Seneca Valley! My hobbies include skiing, running, playing violin + piano, and singing. Being outdoors is my favorite way to spend time when I am not in musicals. I played Kelsi Neilson in High School musical in the fall of 9th grade and I have a French bulldog named Gerald!
Hey, I’m Cami and I’m a Sophomore at Seneca Valley School District! At school I’m involved in Hope Squad, Key Club, Lacrosse, and Bocce. I love sushi and listening to music, and I especially enjoy watching women’s sports with my favorite league being the WNBA. At home, I have four dogs (Aly, Chloe, Wally, and Blu) who I love to play with! In the future, I hope to have a career that has a lasting, positive impact on the world. In my free time, I enjoy shopping, spending time with friends and family, and traveling to new places.
Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m a sophomore at Seneca Valley and captain of the girls’ flag football team, playing running back this year! I’m also part of our school’s LEAD group. I love hanging out with friends, meeting new people, and embracing life’s thrill.
I’m deeply interested in law and hope to become a lawyer and enter politics someday. One of my biggest goals in life is to give a TED Talk! Hi! My name is Madison, and I am a sophomore at Seneca Vally School District. I am a student athlete, and a member of our school’s cheer team and Flag Football team. Some things I like to do outside of school are hanging out with my friends and coaching 1st and 2nd grade cheer. I have a brother in 7th grade and a pug named Winny.
Hello! I’m Mrs. Lisa Graham, and I’ve been proud to call Seneca Valley home since 2006. I have had the privilege of teaching both learning and emotional support at the elementary and secondary levels. Since 2018, I’ve been serving as a school counselor for 9th and 10th grade students. A career supporting young people on their journey to achieving academic, social, and emotional success serves as a sense of joy in purpose in my life.
When I’m not at school, you’ll usually find me keeping up with my two energetic daughters (ages 9 and 11), spending time with my husband of 15 years, or enjoying the company of our dog and two cats. I’m a lifelong learner who loves books about psychology, sociology, education, and mindfulness. My favorite place in the world is at any beach watching the sunset.
Hi! My name is Ruby and I am a sophomore at Seneca Valley. I love all things beauty and fashion. Hairstyling is a passion of mine, and I often do hair for formal events such as homecoming. I also enjoy doing hair and makeup for school productions. I am a 3rd year member of the SV Hope Squad and a part of the LEAD committees, and I am also a huge advocate for the mental health and wellbeing of students and young adults.
