Meditation #22: Quieting the Inner Panic
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
If you’re here, there may be a sense of panic or unease that feels hard to name.
A tightness in your chest.
A restless feeling in your body.
A sense that something is wrong, even if nothing obvious is happening.
This meditation is a gentle place to pause — not to force yourself to calm down, but to rest with what you’re feeling and allow some space around it.
In this guided meditation, you’re invited to:
- slow the pace of your inner world
- notice where your body feels supported
- meet feelings of panic with gentleness instead of urgency
Some women come to this meditation once, in a moment of overwhelm.
Others return to it whenever their inner world feels loud or unsettled.
If this resonates, you may also feel drawn to explore my other meditations. You’re welcome to begin anywhere — there’s no right order, and nothing you’ve missed.
For many women, this meditation opens an awareness that they’re ready for something steadier — something they can return to when feeling unease.
Take what feels supportive.
Leave the rest.
