This meditation is a gentle place to pause — not to stop your thoughts, but to rest alongside them and create a little space.
In this guided meditation, you’re invited to:
- slow the pace of your inner world
- notice where your body feels supported
- let thoughts come and go without needing to follow them
Nothing needs to be solved here.
You don’t need to figure anything out.
You don’t need to quiet your mind.
You can simply listen.
