Meditation #24: Feeling Safe
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Feeling Safe
If feeling safe has been difficult or complicated, this gentle guided meditation offers a calm place to pause and notice what feels supportive in this moment.
For many women, the idea of “feeling safe” can feel complicated.
You may be carrying a sense of watchfulness.
A feeling that calm doesn’t last.
An awareness that safety can disappear without warning.
This meditation is a gentle place to pause — not to force yourself to feel safe, but to notice what feels supportive in this moment.
In this guided meditation, you’re invited to:
- settle without effort
- notice where your body is supported
- rest with the present moment, just as it is
Nothing needs to change here.
You don’t need to convince your body of anything.
You don’t need to drop your guard.
You can simply listen.
Some women come to this meditation when safety feels far away.
Others return to it as a quiet reminder that support can be found in small, present moments.
If this resonates, you may also feel drawn to explore my other meditations. You’re welcome to begin anywhere.
For many women, this meditation opens an awareness that they’re ready for something steadier to return to when life feels unsettled.
This meditation is offered as reflection and companionship — not as therapy, medical care, or treatment.
