Welcome to this guided meditation for when you are facing court or mediation. Welcome, dear one. Welcome to this time for steadying the breath, for grounding into this moment that may be stressful. Take a slow breath in and let it fall gently out. And again, a slow breath in, and a gentle breath out. Right now, in this moment, you don't have to prepare anything. You don't have to rehearse arguments. You don't have to carry the whole weight of the situation alone. Right now, for these next moments, you get to lay it all down. Lay it all down. The fear, the bracing, the pressure, the what ifs. Right now, in this moment, just breathe. Just be here. Let your body begin to settle. Anchoring in, grounding into what is supporting you. A chair, the couch, the floor, grounding into what is supporting you, and to the earth below that. Following the gentle breath in, a gentle breath out. For just right now, the gentle breath in, and the gentle breath out, letting go of even just a bit of the tension, the face, the jaw, the neck and shoulders, the chest, belly, arms and legs, letting some of that tightness, some of that tension go, setting some of it down, just releasing it right now. A gentle breath in. Let it hold you. No one can take that from you. You do not have to stand alone. Now bring awareness to your breath, feeling it moving in and out, slow and even and always there for you. Imagining a warm, protective light gathering around your chest. With each inhale, this light strengthens. With each exhale, it expands around you like a soft shield. This is your inner protection, your truth, your dignity, your sovereignty. Nothing in any room can take that from you. Nothing in any room can take that from you. Let your shoulders soften, let your hands grow warm, let your breath be your anchor. And listen now to these affirmations, dignity that cannot be taken. Let these truths settle into your body if that feels right for you. My breath is my anchor. My breath is my anchor. I hold myself steady with loving kindness. I hold myself steady with loving kindness. No system gets to define my worth. I am protected from within. You do not lose yourself here. You do not disappear here. You remain whole no matter what. And now walking in with self-belonging, bringing your breath back into focus, the gentle inhalation, the gentle exhalation, feeling your feet on the earth, feeling the steadiness in your chest, connecting with the quiet strength building inside you. May you walk into the room with clarity. May you speak from your truth and not your fear. May you feel the ground beneath you and the light around you. May you remember, no matter what happens, you belong to yourself. You're not alone. You are not without power. You are held by something steady and good. When you are ready, opening your eyes if you've had them closed, taking a final gentle breath in, a gentle breath out, returning to your day, carrying this steadiness with you. May you be well, dear one. May you be well.
