Navigating Anxiety With Josh Day
Navigating Anxiety with Josh Day gets honest about anxiety, fear, and resilience. Through breath rituals, stories from my own life, and simple tools, I explore what it means to lay down the armour we build to survive and find direction again. This isn’t about fixing yourself - it’s about remembering your strength, honouring the past that carried you here, and following the compass within when life feels heavy.

Discouragement Is Part of the Cycle

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about discouragement - that heavy feeling that shows up when it seems like nothing is changing and I’m stuck in the same cycle again.
In this episode, I talk about how discouragement isn’t a sign that I’m failing. Most of the time, it’s part of the cycle itself. It shows up when something no longer fits the way it used to, when the alarm bells start going off inside and ask for attention instead of more effort or control.
I share gentle reflections and grounding questions that help me slow down and listen rather than fight the feeling. If you’ve been feeling tired, doubtful, or worn down by your own process, this episode is an invitation to pause, breathe, and stay present with what’s being revealed.
I don’t have to break the cycle today.
I just have to listen to what it’s trying to tell me.
