Today, he leads BPI, an economic and policy research firm in North Carolina, working with clients that include Exxon, BNSF, and ADM.

Craig Castelli is the Founder and CEO of Caber Hill Advisors and host of The Close M&A Podcast. He launched Caber Hill in 2014 to bring experienced, high-quality M&A advisory services to small and middle market business owners. Craig has advised hundreds of companies, private equity firms, and public businesses, with deep expertise in healthcare services and experience across dozens of industries.

Before founding Caber Hill, he held M&A and business development leadership roles at Bridge Ventures and Siemens Healthcare. Craig earned his BBA from Marquette University and is a Certified Transaction Advisor and licensed Illinois Business Broker. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two children.

Gian Ricco has more than twenty years of experience advising privately held, family-owned, public and growth-stage companies through major transactions including sales, acquisitions and capital raises. Before joining City Capital Advisors, he was a Managing Director at Stout focused on the Consumer and Industrial sectors, and he began his investment banking career at Wachovia Securities. Earlier in his career, Gian worked as a licensed civil engineer on large-scale infrastructure projects.

He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Jeff Korzenik is the Chief Economist for one of the nation's largest commercial banks. For more than 30 years, Jeff has been known in the investment management industry for the clarity and originality he brings to complex challenges. A regular guest on CNBC, Fox Business News, and Bloomberg TV, his insights into the economy, markets, manufacturing, and the workforce are frequently cited in the financial and business press. Jeff is the author of the award-winning book on the business case and best practices for hiring people with criminal records, to be published by HarperCollins Leadership in April 2021. 

Jeff McLaren founded Medaxion in 2008 to maximize information technology opportunities in the anesthesia market. Previously, he served as co-founder and CEO of Safer Sleep, LLC, a provider of anesthesia safety and record automation services in New Zealand and the UK. Jeff began his healthcare technology career as co-founder, President, and Chief Product Officer of HealthStream, Inc.

Kim Rosenlund is the Chief Growth Officer at PRN, where she leads marketing, sales, communications, workers' compensation, and strategic partnerships. A visionary leader, Kim has been instrumental in defining and elevating PRN's brand, leveraging her innovative expertise in digital marketing, sales operations, and patient engagement to foster stronger connections across the organization and solidify PRN's position as a trusted leader in physical therapy.

Matt Phillips has more than 25 years of legal and corporate finance advisory experience, working with both public companies and privately held middle-market businesses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and capital markets transactions. Before joining City Capital Advisors, he led the Family Business Group at Dresner Partners and held roles at Houlihan Lokey, KPMG Corporate Finance, Unilever and Bell, Boyd & Lloyd.

He is a graduate of Princeton University, Northwestern University School of Law and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
