Rooted in the spirit of the military term SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility), our podcast creates a secure and open space for meaningful dialogue between the military and civilian worlds. Here's the distinction that matters: a SCIF is built to keep information inside. The SCIIF is designed for information to go outside and spread — not classified material, but the culture, the social norms, the unspoken rules, and the lived experiences that shape life in uniform and the transition back out of it.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to educate, inspire, motivate, and entertain through positive influence and authentic connection. We dive into real stories, share diverse perspectives, and explore the challenges and triumphs that shape who we are — both in and out of uniform. We're here to bridge the gaps between the military and the private sector, between the generation that served and the generation that doesn't understand what that means, between the family inside the fence and the community outside it.

Together they break down the policies, culture shifts, and unspoken realities shaping the lives of service members, veterans, first responders, and their families.
