CAN YOU HEAR ME? Conversations from the Heart with Kelly Saward
Can You Hear Me? Conversations from the Heart.
Some conversations stay with you long after they've ended.
Join broadcaster Kelly Saward as she sits down with extraordinary people from every walk of life, from scientists and poets to entrepreneurs, artists, authors and changemakers to explore the heart of the story within.
With warmth, curiosity and compassion, Kelly creates space for honest conversations about resilience, purpose, creativity, love, loss and what it truly means to be human. They're conversations from the heart.
My love of radio has given me one of life's greatest gifts: the privilege of connecting with extraordinary people and sharing meaningful conversations that might otherwise never be heard. This podcast is an extension of that journey.
It also continues the conversation that began in my book, Can You Hear Me? An Emotional Dictionary: Where Feelings Find Their Voice, a book born from the belief that our emotions deserve language, our stories deserve to be heard, and that sometimes the right words can change the way we understand ourselves and each other.
Whether through broadcasting, writing or conversation, my purpose has always been the same: to create a space where people feel safe enough to be themselves, courageous enough to share their stories, and confident enough to find their own voice.
Can You Hear Me? is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply and discover the stories that connect us all. Because I believe that when people feel heard, something remarkable happens.
I'd love to hear from you ...
Is there a conversation you've been longing to have? A story you've never told? A subject that matters deeply to you? Or perhaps a moment in your life that changed everything. I want to hear you. Because the conversations that change us often begin with a simple question...Can you hear me?
