In this gentle guided journaling meditation, we'll spend a few minutes reflecting on the life you're creating and the small shifts that can help you move closer to it. You'll then be invited to explore a powerful journaling prompt:
"If you were showing up as the highest, happiest version of yourself, what would your day look like?"
After the guidance, you'll have five minutes of uninterrupted music and space to write, reflect, and listen to your inner wisdom. We'll close with a reminder of the power of putting your thoughts on paper and honoring the vision that's already within you.

Hello, my friends, and welcome to this short journaling prompt. Today we are envisioning our future. We are considering what it feels like to live the life we've always imagined. We're embodying the scent, the noise, the visuals, the feeling, the taste of our life. We're reflecting on what we need to do today to truly live this life that we imagine. It's important for us to take the time to settle in, to sit in silence, to hear ourselves, to hear our hopes, our dreams, our fears, and then respond to them on paper. In a few moments, you'll hear about five minutes of uninterrupted soft music. During those five minutes, I encourage you to journal on the following prompt. If you were living as the highest, fullest, happiest version of yourself, what would your day look like? If you were living as the happiest, fullest dream version of yourself? What would your day look like? What would you do when you wake up in the morning? What would your thoughts be? What would you consume? Both the media you consume, but also food? What would your home look like? Who would you surround yourself with? Consider what your routine would look like, what your self-talk would look like, all of the details of what your day would look like and feel like if you were showing up as this dream version of yourself. So take the next five minutes. Give yourself the time and space to free flow your thoughts on the page. Don't edit. Don't stop and think too much. Just keep your hand moving and write, right, right for five minutes straight. See you on the other side. You're welcome to read over what you wrote, but the most important part is that you sat with those feelings while you were writing them on paper. You were feeling them inside you as well. Take this energy and move throughout the rest of your day. Making the changes where you can to start showing up as that person that you want to be. Have a beautiful rest of your day. I see you.
