I See You, I Love You, Until Next Time
Hear Your Inner Voice | A Meditation for Intuition & Clarity
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In a world full of reviews, opinions, and endless advice, it can be difficult to hear the one voice that matters most—your own.
This meditation invites you to reconnect with your inner wisdom by quieting the noise of the outside world. Together, we'll reflect on how often our experiences are shaped by others' expectations before we've had the chance to create our own. Through gentle questions and spacious moments of silence, you'll practice listening for the answers that have been within you all along.
There is nothing to solve, fix, or figure out. Simply listen.
Perfect for anyone seeking clarity, confidence, or a deeper connection to their intuition.
Hello, my friend, and welcome to this meditation. Once you found a comfortable position, I invite you to close your eyes or softly lower your gaze. Let's take a deep breath in together. And release. Another deep grounding breath in. Exhale, releasing any tension or stress from your day so far. I invite you to say out loud or in your mind to your body, it is time to be still. It is time to rest. I have nowhere else to be but right here in this moment. Notice the feeling of your muscles beginning to relax, the micro shifts that happen when your body finally releases that tension and begins to believe that it's time to rest, it's time to settle in another deep breath in. So many of our experiences are preempted by others' thoughts, their experiences, their feelings of whatever the experience or thing may be. So much so that we can find it hard to go into a situation or to read a book or listen to a song or watch a video without first exploring what others thought about it before we travel to new destinations or try a new restaurant. Before having this experience for ourselves, breathe in, release. To simply sit and be with yourself. Turn inward and see if you can hear your inner voice. I'll ask a few questions, and your only job is to listen to what comes up inside of you. What do you need to hear right now? Is there something that needs to change? And release. Taking moments to simply look inward. Begin noticing the noises and sensations from the room around you. Maybe begin wiggling your fingers and your toes. And when you're ready, slowly open your eyes. I see you. I love you. Until next time.
