Visualization in The Miracle Morning is not just about imagining your dream life. It is about preparing your mindset, seeing your one ideal outcome as if it is already real, and then mentally rehearsing the actions required to create it. This same technique can be practiced before bed.

In this episode, we break down three simple steps: sit up tall, breathe deeply, and close your eyes; visualize your one ideal outcome using all your senses; then see yourself taking the necessary actions in an optimal emotional state while enjoying the process.

Back to Night Shift with Justin S. King, How to Transform Your Life One Night at a Time. Tonight I am going to be talking about visualization from the Miracle Morning. I hadn't planned on doing a whole series on Miracle Morning Savers routines, but I found myself listening to it. And most of these things can be applied to evening visualizations. I really appreciate the way that Hal brings in his description of how he visualizes. It's very similar to types I've discussed in the past. One of the key things is once you've done your affirmations, it's great to go straight into this visualization. If you listen to yesterday's episode, how you do the affirmations and you say the actions you're going to do, this visualization then has you visualizing those actions. So these are the three steps of how El Rod's miracle morning visualization. Once you've reminded yourself of what you're committed to, you're going to sit up tall, breathe deeply, and close your eyes. Step one. This is where you prepare your mindset and give yourself a moment to become still. Step two, you are going to visualize one ideal outcome. You're going to just pick one goal you're working on. You're going to begin with the end. What is it that you really want? Forget all self-imposed limitations for a moment. See yourself having achieved the ideal vision. Whether it is a short-term girl or a long-term dream, feel it now. What do you see, hear, feel? What does it feel like in your body? What are you doing as you complete that of becoming the person who already accomplished it? And remember, you are just as worthy, capable, and deserving to create the life you want as anyone else. Step three is you are going to visualize yourself taking the necessary actions in an optimal emotional state. So you're going to see what you are going to do. If you're doing this in the evening, what you're going to be doing tomorrow. If you're doing it in the morning, what you're going to be doing later that day. But you are going to mentally rehearse the whole process of the action you are going to take next. The one you mentioned in your affirmation. If it is, for example, running, you're going to see your alarm going off. You're going to see yourself getting dressed in running clothes, going to see yourself stepping out onto the street. And you're going to see yourself and feel yourself doing all these things in a peak emotional state, enjoying the process. So you can visualize yourself being calm, confident, energized, and emotionally locked in, being the kind of person who takes the action naturally. So that is the power of visualization. Or once you've visualized it and eventually rehearsed the action, when it's time to take that action, there will be no resistance. So tonight, try this out. Pick one ideal outcome, visualize the end, and then visualize the next action you need to take. That's it for tonight's episode of Night Shift. My name is Justin S. King, and I help entrepreneurs find peace tonight, tomorrow, for the rest of their lives through sleep optimization, emotional regulation, and discovering that purpose. Good night.
