Joe Vitale says intention alone is not enough. Your conscious goals must align with the hidden beliefs operating beneath the surface.
In this episode, I break down his seven-step process for creating change: identify what you do not want, turn it into a clear intention, clear subconscious resistance, feel the wish fulfilled, take detached inspired action, get support, and persist every day. We also explore Ho’oponopono, Neville Goddard’s “feel it real” method, and why the place where you feel stuck may point directly to what still needs to be cleared.

Welcome back to Night Shift with Justin S. King, How to Transform Your Life One Night at a Time. Tonight I am sharing seven steps to bring you the magic of miracles in your life. From a webinar I listened to by Joe Vitali. He's the author of Zero Limits book, Zero Limits movie. He appeared in The Secret. He was doing a guest mentorship call for one of the guys I watch. And so what these seven steps are, he says one of these is his sort of his missing secret that he feels he added to the whole self-improvement space years ago. And that is the third one. So first up, the first thing to bring the magic miracles into your life is step one, know what you don't want. He said he came up with this because he would have conversations with people and they were unclear about what they wanted. So it was a way to find out what they really wanted. So step one, know what you don't want. Step two is change what you don't want into a statement of intent of what you do want. You can use this as an I am statement or I have statement in the present. And he likes to add the phrase at the end, this or something better, gives the universe the opportunity to surprise you, gives you a loophole. Third step is what he says is his me, is his missing secret, and that is get clear. Not clear on what you want, but get clear of the hidden limiting beliefs in your subconscious, your conscious intention in alignment with your hidden beliefs. And he mentioned two ways that he does that among many others. One of them, surprisingly, was tapping, which I I mentioned yesterday on my episode Trauma, tapping or EFT tapping. He says it's one way to get very clear of those hidden limiting beliefs. He especially likes that because you don't have to know the root or relive the trauma experience or whatever it is. The second technique he mentioned is what his first book was about, Zero Limits, or Hawaiian healing technique of the ho. And it's a technique which you're not going to focus on other people if you want to change a situation, but you're focusing on yourself. You're going to meditate, and there's four phrases in this. Say, I'm sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. And you are doing this connecting to your higher power, your future self, or whatever that deity or that thing is. So when you say I'm sorry, you're acknowledging your responsibility for the situation. When you say please forgive me, you are asking for forgiveness. When you say thank you, you're showing gratitude for the healing process. And when you say I love you, you are releasing resistance onto that thing with love. The fourth step he calls you nevelize, and nevelize is referring to Neville Goddard, who wrote the feeling is the secret. You want to feel that it is real. You assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. What does it feel like to already have it? You energize, and energizing yourself is the way to tell the universe what you want. Step five is what he calls the attractor factor. He has a book on this as well. And this is when you let go by taking inspired action. We have an addiction of how things work out. We have a need to attachment, how things would take place. And so he says, reframing this is you take detached action. You take inspired action, but you act on it out of curiosity, not demanding a specific result. You're taking detached action. Step six, he says, was profound when he finally realized it. He said it wasn't until he got this step that everything clicked into place. And that is step six, get support, a mastermind, a coach, a mentor, a tutor. You can do it alone, but it will take a long, tedious process. As long as he did it alone, he was in poverty. But as soon as he got a coach, things changed. And step seven is persistence. That's the one thing he says that matters most. He got up every day and wrote. And persistent action is a way you tell yourself and the universe that you want thing that is in your intention. So to review those real quickly, step one, know what you don't want. Step two, change what you don't want into a statement of intent. Step three, you get clear of the hidden limiting beliefs in your subconscious. That is through one of these techniques, such as tapping forthunevelize. That is where you apply the concept of the feeling is the secret. Step five is the attractor factor where you take detached action. Step six is you get support. And step seven is persistence. There's a couple questions on the end of the call, specifically around getting clear or letting go of those hidden limiting beliefs. He was asked about how often you say that Hawaiian prayer. And the answer he had was if you knew how much clearing was being done while you're doing it, you would never stop. And the other question was if someone has done clearing all day long and done all these things, what does he find is the reason they're stuck? And he said that the stuck spot comes from a hidden spot, and having a coach will help you discover what that thing is. So for tonight's night shift, I would try out that Hawaiian prayer where you say, I'm sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. Meditate on that for about two minutes or as long as you wish. I've had a few experiences with this over the last couple of years at some events and personally applying this. So you may be pleasantly surprised as you do this exercise. That's it for tonight's episode of Night Shift. My name is Justin S. King, and I help entrepreneurs find peace tonight, tomorrow, and for the rest of their lives through sleep optimization, emotion regulation, and discovering their purpose. Good night.
