Your daily numbers are information—not a verdict on your worth. Tonight, separate the facts from the story you’ve attached to them, keep the lesson, release the judgment, and close the game.

Welcome back to Night Shift with Justin S. King, How to Transform Your Life One Night at a Time. Today I participated in the first day of a challenge called Let's Go Make Money by one of my favorite authors, Michael Neal, the author of Inside Out Revolution. And today's video talked a little bit about money that may be helpful in closing out your day afterward. He talked about the math and the meaning. What he says is we need to separate the math from the meaning that we give it. He says that we often are mean to ourselves when we give meaning to the numbers involving math. And by math, it's just how much money you have coming in that day. The sales you did. We often beat ourselves up about that being too low or not doing enough, falling behind, thinking you're not good at it. But the math is neutral. You made five offers, two people responded, no money came in, one person bought. And we turn that math into meaning or a verdict. I should have done more. Nobody wants what I offer. I'm falling behind. Maybe I'm not good at this. This isn't math, it's self-punishment. So tonight, or at the end of your workday, when you review how you did, separate the math from the meaning. This isn't this isn't honest analysis. It's turning today's scoreboard into a judgment about who you are. So draw a line about the middle of a page. On one side, write the facts, the offers, responses, and revenue. On the other, write what you're making those numbers mean. Keep the lesson, but question the judgment. Is it true? Your results may show that your offer needs work. They do not prove that you are a failure. That's what the third is is make offers. Make offers during the day, study the math at night, and release the meaning and close the game at the end of the night. That's it for tonight's episode of Night Shift. My name is Justin S. King, and I help entrepreneurs find peace tonight, tomorrow, for the rest of their lives through sleep optimization, emotion regulation, and discovering their purpose. Good night.
