Shannon Lombard is a husband, father, firefighter, author, and follower of Jesus. Married for more than 17 years and raising two children, Shannon shares his journey through PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and the challenges these struggles brought to his marriage and family. Through faith, counseling, community, and a growing dependence on Christ, he has discovered hope and purpose in the midst of suffering. Shannon is passionate about helping others find healing, resilience, and a deeper relationship with God through life's hardest seasons.
