So in today's episode, I want to talk about how you can lose fat consistently without being in this constant dieting cycle where it feels like all consuming. We're gonna talk about how you're gonna break that cycle and how you're gonna lose fat consistently while balancing mom life in a way that truly allows you to be the happy, healthy, present mom you desire to be. Because I know up until this point, you've probably tried a lot of diets, you've done all the things, and maybe you've even seen the scale move a little bit, but those results never stick. And it feels like the food noise and your body and all of these things that you're struggling with, it feels like an exhausting battle right now. And you've been handed diet plan after diet plan before, but nothing is actually working for you. And you're watching other moms online seamlessly thriving in their bodies without obsessing over food 24-7, and you know you're missing something. Let's talk about where you're at right now because, like I said, I know right now losing weight is feeling really hard right now. So you're probably stuck in this cycle where you're starting over every single Monday, every month, every however long, because you tried another diet and you fell off again. You're jumping from plan to plan, trying to figure out what it is you're missing, you're buying random supplements or readjusting your calories again, searching for the solution that will finally make fat loss click for you, plugging your numbers into chat GPT, asking Chat GPT for a meal plan, maybe using random macro calculators online. You're feeling like your results are completely out of your control and you're putting in a lot of work. It's not for a lack of effort on your part, but every time you step on the scale, you're disappointed and you are like, I know I should be further along by now. I should have this weight loss thing figured out by now. And maybe you are in a place where you're doing really good all week, only to quote unquote ruin it on the weekend, right? You feel like you have to be perfect to see progress. You cut out entire food groups, or you skip family dinners, or you make yourself a separate meal than your family, or your kids have a birthday party and you can't have the birthday cake, or a bunch of other diet rules that honestly take all of the joy out of eating. This ends up costing you your sanity. It's not even getting you the results that you want, and it honestly just feels completely unsustainable as a mom. Now, I want to be very clear. What I'm gonna talk about here in the methods that I suggest, it's not about losing weight as quickly as possible, or what I like to call Amazon priming your results or your dream body. In fact, that all or nothing, I need to get results as quickly as possible and be all in. That is exactly what's keeping you stuck. What I'm talking about are consistent, predictable fat loss results. It's not slashing your calories, doing really good all week and quitting by the time the weekend comes. This fast way of fat loss, it leaves you miserable and it leaves you right back where you started. So sustainable fat loss means eating in a way that you don't actually hate and being able to stay there. It's a lifestyle where you make choices that come with ease. Instead of feeling like everything is a chore, the healthy habits become more second nature, and it's just how you live your life, but you can also enjoy the birthday cake, right? And it doesn't deter you from seeing results. You're that fit mom you've always wanted to be. You're no longer avoiding photos with your family, you're not restricting certain foods or putting them in these good versus bad categories. It's not, you know, eating a meal out and feeling so stressed out about what choices to make, so then you end up overdoing it. It's letting go of this diet culture that is keeping you stuck right now. And the thing about diet culture is that it feels productive in the moment, but there's a reason why you're stuck right now. There's a reason why so many moms are stuck right now. It's not just you. And if you are like Christy, yes, that is me, there's something missing in your process, and we need to figure out what isn't clicking because I know you're ready to fix it. I know you're ready to get out of this constant dieting cycle. You just don't know what the problem is, so you remain stuck in this cycle. Here's the honest truth about why you're struggling. It's one of these two reasons. Number one, if you have zero real process outside of just eat less and move more, can't have sugar, can't have this, can't have that, results are gonna be slower. It won't come at all. It's gonna feel like you're constantly dieting, stressing over meals out, all while while not even seeing the results you want, because at the end of the day, eat less and move more is not a real process, it's not a real strategy. And when you restrict yourself from things, you end up making it a really making them a really big deal, and then you end up overdoing it on those things later on. It's not sustainable, especially not for your life as a mom. Second reason you may not be seeing results is if the approach that you've been given was built for somebody who doesn't have kids, who doesn't have a crazy schedule, the craziness that is motherhood, it won't work for you either because you're gonna burn out before it becomes a lifestyle. You likely are already burnt out from motherhood. It's just what we do as moms. We carry everything and everyone. And so if we are adding all of this rigidness and just heaviness, really, is what I think it is, into our life for the sake of weight loss, we're not gonna stick with it. And you know, you have tried all of the things, right? You've done so much, and you're like, what is this? What am I missing? Why is it other moms can see results and success, and I can't? We're gonna figure that out for you, and you're in the right place because I know you have a family to show up for, you're ready to finally feel good in your body with a real approach that actually works for your goals and your life as a mom. And take it from somebody who has lost over a hundred pounds combined after two pregnancies. You don't have to sacrifice your entire life for the sake of weight loss. I am a big believer that fitness should add to your quality of life, not adding stress and heaviness. It should add happiness, presence, confidence, being able to be in the pictures with your kids, not stressing out about food 24-7. That life exists out there where you are eating the food you love, food is not a big deal, but you are also seeing results. You're being intentional, you're making choices that are fueling your body. This is where we are going deeper on macros, learning how macros can work around your life as a mom without the rigid meal plans, without cooking food your family won't touch, having to make three different meals for everybody. We're gonna go through the four different phases of macros and how these phases actually help you break the constant dieting cycle because everybody teaches you how to lose the weight, but what happens when you plateau? What happens when you're doing all the things you were before and the fat loss just isn't happening? Fat loss typically needs to be broken up into different phases, and most moms I speak to are not aware of this. So, this is something we're gonna cover. It's very, very important. And we're also gonna discuss on that day how we can eat out, go to the birthday parties, and handle all the moments, especially going into summer, right? It's a time of year where we have a lot of different things going on, a lot of activities centered around food, vacations, etc. We're gonna walk through the exact step-by-step process on how you can handle every moment without ruining your progress. Losing fat is great, but if you're miserable in the process and you gain the weight back, or you can't enjoy those special moments with your family and can't stick with the plan, then that's not success either. And then on day three, we are going through your exact roadmap to making macros stick. So we're gonna go through an exact breakdown of how to simplify using a food tracking app, how to see exactly how your personalized macro targets are set, including how to factor in your history, what you're currently eating, and your specific goals so your numbers actually make sense for you. A lot of times what I see is moms will calculate their macros and they've maybe counted calories before, but most times they are under-eating and they're actually not calculating those numbers correctly. And we're gonna go through how to adjust macros over time based on what different phase you're in. This training is going to be amazing.
