Summer’s here, Texas is hot, and we’re trying to stay in the game. ☀️

In this solo episode, I run through 30 quick summer thoughts on fitness, nutrition, recovery, parenting, movement, hydration, sleep, burgers, pool days, planks, and everything in between. Some are backed by science, some are just observations from coaching people every day, and some are completely random.

This episode is for:

  •  the moms and dads running kids around all summer
  •  the people trying to stay consistent without being perfect
  •  the golfers surviving the Texas heat
  •  the people who know health is a long game

The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is to stay in the game for as long as possible.

Have a great summer and take care of yourself.
