This episode is an introduction to The Grounding Room. I believe in the power our body has to heal and through my Somatic Practice, I hope to bring you on a journey with me to learn some not-so-typical ways to regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, and reduce stress, anxiety and depression. I am certified in breath work, meditation, art therapy, forest bathing, sound therapy and have been a licensed massage therapist for 24 years. Think about adding some alternative healing into your life as a tool to use along side traditional western medicine and talk therapy. This is stepping outside the box into a look at the astounding ability our body has to heal in ways we may have never thought possible.
