We'll begin today by either sitting or lying comfortably. And gently close your eyes and take a slow breath in and release. Bring your attention to your body, noticing your feet. Notice any sensations here. Is there pressure or warmth? Maybe tingling, or perhaps nothing at all. There's no need to change anything. Just feel the sensations in your body. Slowly move your attention up to your legs and notice what's there. If you notice any tension anywhere, you can gently soften it. There's no need to force this. If you find your mind wandering, that's okay. Just bring it back to the part of the body that you're noticing. When you reach the top of your head, take one more deep breath in, and slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
